A raw food dietA raw food diet generates large improvements in health. The reasons are still unclear, but the experience is distinctive. Weight normalizes, which normally means a cutback in fat. At the same time a person feels much energized as if energy would rather be burned up than transformed to fat. Digestive system is one of the obvious improvements resulting from a raw food diet. Raw food digests wonderfully well, so a person does not notice the acid, bile and residual results of digestion that occur with a cooked food diet. A problem with raw foods is that they could contain pesticides. Organic raw foods may be the better choice, unless you are very clever in handling with the worst pesticides. The effects are quite noticeable, which allows adjustments to be made. Usually, salt is not commonly used with raw food. However eating some salt could be physiologically beneficial with raw food. Fruits and vegetables digest with different processes when they are raw. Eat fruit in the morning and vegetables later. To begin to eat a raw food diet is mostly experimen t and error. Whatever is available and one wants to eat is normally sufficient. Protein can be found in raw nuts and seeds, such as sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, filberts, etc., and sprouts are also an excellent source of protein. Proteins from vegetables do not have the same balance of amino acids as animal protein, so a variety of sources are therefore required. People who are concerned about fat should revert to a raw food diet. Then again, the diet could create the social inconvenience. The routine also does not fit established cultures well, and a lot of persons aren't going to eat "rabbit food" for whatever reason. It is also known that a raw food diet would be a good cure for eating disorders. Raw food builds great nutrition without negative effects including fat production.
